We are happy to provide 24 hour EMERGENCY response for our valued clients!
1. First, simply call us at 541.408.1772 to schedule your free estimate.
2. Once we are on site we will give you a clear, detailed estimate of your job before any work begins.
3. For smaller jobs, we may be able to begin the day we visit. General clear out and cleanup can be done in a day or two. Painting, repairs, and other services can take a few more days, depending on services needed.
4. Once the job* is complete, we issue you an invoice for payment. We accept cash, checks, debit and credit card payments. (In working with REO department in banks, we invoice clients and payment is due per our invoice terms).
Note*: If you are having jobs completed in phases (i.e., clear out and cleanup initially, then repairs and painting later, we will work with you accordingly upon completion of each phase). We can provide up to the minute reporting through our account team.
Our Pricing: Our pricing is based on the condition of the property, as well as the services you need. In most instances we will work together on pricing, as most banks already have a set amount they are willing to spend to get the property back into a sellable condition.
